Liability
The purpose of our villas are mainly for your holiday rental. Guests should treat any villas staying as its own contents and property. Any damages that occur in our villas, the full price will be deducted from security deposit for replacement. If security deposit collected is less than the estimated damaged value, this will need to be paid at extra cost.
Personal Safety
Neither Habitat Rental Co., Ltd. nor agents can accept any liability due to any incident in or outside the villa of any nature. We suggest that guests securely shut windows and doors at night.
Parents must keep an eye on children at all time when using the private and communal pools.
We strongly recommend all guests to have adequate travel insurance to cover personal accidents that may occur. This must also cover theft, and comprehensive medical expenses while visiting
Noises
Our villa are located in a gated community which some neighbors are families with infants. Please keep noise at an acceptable level after 24:00 HRS.
Any complaints from neighbors after 24:00 HRS, the company has a right to ask guests to leave the property without any refund.
Force Majeure
Villa Lina can’t accept any liability under uncontrollable events that cause our staffs to perform tasks efficiently; for example, natural disaster, floods, closure of airports, weather conditions, delays in transportation, power failure, any
acts or omissions of any government, riots or any events beyond our control.
Problems and Complaints
villa Lina are frequently checked, and have proper maintenance performed by a professional. If there are unexpected issue such as air-conditioning or electric appliances not working or any other similar issues, the company will take action as soon as possible.
Payment Policy
Once you have made deposit payment, please kindly forward us your bank transfer receipt by scanning or photo in order for us to monitor the amount.
Full payment is required upon confirmation of your booking.
Upon arrival, security deposit is required in cash or credit card. This will be refunded less extra fee that may occur during your stay.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by guests
Cancellation 30 days before arrival date.
First 50% payment is not refunded under any circumstances.
50% of final balance can be refunded.
Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival date.
First 50% payment is not refunded under any circumstances.
Final balance can’t be refunded under any circumstances.
Please note: No refund can be made under any circumstances during peak season of every year from 1th May. – 15th Sept.
